    • Does Magic Columns work with my data warehouse?

      Yes! Magic Columns works with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, and Postgres. You can bring your own data warehouse or we can provide one!

    • Is there a limit to the number of Magic Columns I can create?

      No! You can create as many Magic Columns as you like.

    • Do you offer a free trial?

      Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.

    • Can I cutomize the behavior of the AI for specific Magic Columns?

      Yes! You can customize the behavior of the AI for each Magic Column you create. We have a number of column templates, but you can also create one from scratch with your own system prompt.

    • How secure is my data?

      Very! We're SOC 2 type II certified and all data is encrypted using AES-256.

    • What kind of performance impact do magic columns have on my data?

      Almost none. Magic Columns get stored back in your data warehouse as plain old data, and are simply joined on to the table they're based on.

    • Do I get to keep my Magic Columns if I cancel my subscription?

      Yes! If you bring your own data warehouse then you can keep your Magic Columns after you cancel. If you use a warehouse that we provide, then you are free to export the data before cancelling.

    • Can I use this service with real-time data streams?

      Not yet, unfortunately. We're working on it though!

    • How does the AI determine what to add?

      You specify a prompt for the Magic Column, as well as examples that you want it to learn from.
